Friending requirements:
Sorry if these seem a bit much. I'm really a nice friendly person and I love meeting new people online. But I hate drama and I can be over-sensitive sometimes, so I'd rather just state some things up front.

If you do not comment here, I will not add you back! Just adding me will not get you added! Just leave me a few sentences saying why you added me, please! List some common interests we have, or how you stumbled on my journal. Do not just say 'add me' with no explanation as to how you got here, unless you're certain I already know you from somewhere else! Even if it seem obvious what we have in common, still tell me so I know you read this!

Before or after you comment, whatever. But add me back! It makes no sense to ask me to add you and then not add me back!

WTF would I want to be friends with assholes mean people?! I know everyone can have their mean moments, I'm not asking anyone to be a saint. But if you think it's cool or funny to be nasty, or make fun of/rag on people, I'd rather not add you.
Respect me; respect my interests/hobbies/fandoms.
I don't expect us to have all common interests. If you don't like something I like, or vise versa, that's cool. But part of being friends is respecting each other's differences. So if you're going to post hate toward anything I love; bash it; laugh at it; or call me a freak for liking it, I don't want to friend you. This includes; but is not limited to; yaoi, Asian music celebs (both pop and rock), and real person slash.

What not to expect to read here:
Just because this has been coming up a lot. I do not post my fics here! My adding you here will not give you early access to them or anything like that. If you want to get to know the author behind the writing, however, that's cool and I'm honored. All my completed fics are at ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) orange_petals. My in progress fics are posted to various comms and forums, depending on the subject, as I finish chapters. If you can't read any locked fic posts, you must join the appropriate community where they're posted! My adding you here will not enable you to see the locked posts!! I also do not post my scans here! The majority of my magazine scans can be found at the wonderful scanning comm, boys_paper. If you're looking for doujinshi scanlations I've worked on, check out boys_framed.

Sorry if that sounds bitchy, but I get tired of answering the same things over and over. If you can't take the time to read and understand this post, why would you want to read my journal? o.0 Like I said, you will get no hidden goodies by my adding you, just a friend with a journal to read with entries that're often much longer than this!
